We recently purchased a QTN250MSY.
Can anyone post a sample program for using a spring loaded center chucked in the sub spindle as a tailstock?

Haven't done it myself, but basically treat it similar to sync spindle milling, but without clamping the sub spindle. It will probably have to be in g-code. Check the programming manual for some subspindle code samples.
If you need to start the machine with the W axis away from home, you will need to set a parameter to allow that. I forget what one, just call Mazak.
