Question there is abnormal noise from Spindle Motor

Hi, there! We have one Fanuc 16i-M system:

    PSM: A06B-6087-H1130 (35KW)
SPM: A06B-6078-H211#H500 (rated output current 48A)
    SVM: A06B-6096-H105 (current 18.7A)
    Spindle Motor: A06B-0855 -B100#3000 (S1 A~ Max 44; S2 A~ 56).

    They work well.

We changed the SPM to another one: A06B-6012-H266#H520 (rated output current 111A). Spindle Motor can run, but there is abnormal noise from it, even without any load.

Could somebody tell me how to figure it out? Is that current too high to the motor?

    Thanks a lot.

    Spindle

You can ONLY replace your spindle amp with the exact type you took out. Using any other amp with that motor can damage your motor.
