Newbie that need help with first time servo motor set up

    Hi people ,

I bought the Kflop and Kanalog to retrofit my CNC biesse rover 346 with analogue servo motor on it...I have install the Kmotion and Kflop software, everything seem nice, The first ten minutes was wonderful, the servo was moving forward and backward ,

I have connect the 4 wires encoders to J1 and the 1,2,3,4 and torque cmd -10v +10v(daco) to JP11 1 and torque cmd common to JP11 9...

    but now nothing move !

Did I change or touch something wrong in other page option, the servo motor are Delta SGDG 400watt drive legend 04

    Hi Fabinmotion,

The first step with any servo system is to verify that you have things wired correctly and that each hardware component functions. In your system you have encoder feedback and a DAC to apply motor drive. Have you verified each is working properly? You might read this Thread:

A common problem is that a User will configure an Axis to drive Step/Dir Outputs on KFLOP JP7. JP7 is used for communication to Kanalog and you should not do this. If you do this communication with Kanalog will be lost and the loss of communication with Kanalog will caue the Enable LED on Kanalog to go out. Are you doing this?
