    Armor plate rha class 1.... NEED HELP

    hello i need help machinigh som armor steel rha class 1 roughly 293-331 hb, i need som advice about drilling, roughing and milling this stuff it is really hard, i am runnung it on a fadal vmc 4020

    Armor plate? TOUGH stuff! Waterjet all you can first.

    See your local waterjet god first!!!

    Nasty, tough. Not that it's that hard, it's just tough. You've got the horsepower and rigidity with the 4020. This is a carbide job.
