We have a Star SR-32J swiss and are looking for at least 2 ER20 collet holders with 32mm body that have coolant thru capability. Does anyone know who might make them and/or where to get them or get them modified. Need to have the smaller caps to be able to slide the complete holder through the arm for tool positions 13 and 14. Thanks for any help.

Are you sure you're looking for 32mm and not 22mm?

Usually in that situation I would use a standard er20 holder with a global or other toolholder bushing.

Are you sure you're looking for 32mm and not 22mm?

The sr32(j) has two two toolpost postions which are 32mm.

A sealed collet such as an iscar jet handles up to 1700psi iirc. I have modified 3/4 extensions that I cut real short to expose the m12 stopper screw thread and adapted an npt fitting onto it with success.

Anything is possible, use your imagination. It doesn't have to be perfect or pretty, it just has to work. To quote red green, "if they don't find ya handsome, they should at least find you handy."

I use rego-fix for everything coolant thru. Their sealing disks, flushing disks, and sealed collets have never failed me.

Rego-fix 2632.22542 has a 32 mm shank however it is er25 so you would have to remove the nut to get it in/out of the holder.
