Can the manual x z readout be the same as the program readout. This way it would be easy to to add or subtract after I messure the part in the machine. I could run the change manualy and dont have to run the hole program. I hope this makes sence.

Just make your offset change and run a sequence re start for that tool.
if you're looking to manually use the position display for accurate tool position with offsets use MDI to call up that tool with it's offset, even bring it to a coordinate & start spindle, etc. if you want, then use MID AUTO MANUAL (not manual mode) to manuver the tool manually. say:
in MDI...
T010101G0X3.5Z4S1000M3
cycle start, let tool position, go to mid auto
Mr.malzow57 told the main part of solution. I'll add a little.
Cordinates will change to real (what you need) after some movement executed. That means:
1. You change the tool (is not necessary to index the turret, it's just taking the tool into control) and then
2. G00 G91 X0 Z0 turret doesn't moves much - just a tool tip compensation.
3. You have real coordinate on the screen
