Hello
is it possible in master cam to put a equal chamfer on a drilled hole passing thru a cylinder?
i did my best even with help of the mastercam tech support(some of those guys know what they are doing, some dont)
using a solid and creating a curve around the intended toolpath so i could pull a chain on it.
but still i get a heavier bevel on the top , where z0 is . than the bottom on the sides.

or am i missing something here?

Depends a lot on the radius of the hole. I do the same, solid>Create Curve>Contour> 3D chamfer.

Works for me...
