Hello
I have installed the trial mach 3 version and i have a smoothstepper and everything was working fine.I would press ref all and all my axis would go to the home position.then i installed big tex screen when i press ref all my z goes up triggers the limit switch instead of homing. Please help.

I am not familiar with the Big Tex screen set you mentioned. It sounds as though the installation may have changed some of your settings. Mach (usually) is smart enough to know during a homing operation that the limit switch triggered indicates Home. I too have experienced this situation on my machine, and have overcome the problem by disabling the + Z limit switch. It is for this reason, that I am researching additional inputs. (Please see the thread Need Help!- Need input...).

THe Homing Script is usually embedded in the screenset, so it may be different in the Big Tex screen. I'll take a look when I get home.
