Can anyone suggest me best plasma source for cutting thin SS, Aluminum while capable enough to cut little thick metals occasionally.
I intend to use this plasma with Chinese built table.:idea:

The best plasma for cutting a wide range of materials are the Hypertherm HPRxd (high definition) plasma cutting systems. They are available in 130, 260, 400 and 800 amp versions. These are all 100% duty cycle mechanized high definition class plasma systems.

You asked for the "Best" plasma system! The Powermax45 is an air plasma system that cuts thin stainless well....but, compared to our industrial high definition systems it is slower and the cut quality is not comparable.

If you want the best air plasma (low price, lower duty cycle) then I would recommend the Powermax45, 65, 85 or 105 system....depending on the maximum thickness you also need to cut.
