Recent update to Mach 3 Turn.
Recently we did an update to Mach 3 Turn.
We had been using the thread wizard to do some treading turning a 5/16-24 thread.
Found a new update on the Mach 3 which claimed to be a bug fix.
After it was installed there were all sorts of new issues.
Spindle would not change directions when control button pressed, readouts do not correspond to movement, seems to be all in the X axis.
Programs still run parts OK but readout is wrong. Should be reading Diameter but not responding the same. Seems Radius and Diameter is reversed.
We can go into the settings and change Inches to Metric and it doesn't change a thing.
The DRO reads different and if you put an indicator on the part and dial in the readout is way off from the dial reading on the indicator.
So back to square one, we reinstalled the original version we were using before and the same problem exists. Readouts do not correspond to dial indicator and varies over a longer distance. SO confused at this point I have no idea where to begin checking !
Can anyone offer up some assistance?

It sounds like you did not fully uninstall the problem version. SOme file is remaining which is keeping the screwy settings. I would make sure you have wiped away all traces of mach3 and try again, sorry I can't tell you how to do that.
