    Question Looking for design of hot-wire foam cutting machine with variable angle side

    I will explain: looking for idea for construction of hot-wire machine that could cut thin foam sheets with incline sides, not perpendicular angle to base of sheet.

    We use a 4 axis machine, it cuts what ever I want.

    This is one side of the dinosaur we retired 4 years ago. It would do what you want.
