Usually the stantdard is 128K, and as far as I know that is the limit.
GP.
standard on any zero is only 4k, max on a 0A is 32k, on a 0C its 100k
There really is no "standard". It's up to the builder to specify memory when the machine is built. Some machines may have 16K, others of a different brand may have 32K as standard.
maybe I shoulda said 'default'...until the parameters are set after all-clear, they only have 4k, even though theres min 8k ram onboard even with all empty sockets
Well, all 0MC's that I have worked on have 128K, and it is never enough when you run programs for molds or big dies.
We use the drip feed option to work with larger programs.
Tha's correct it's up to the builder, i f you need to expand your memory, first check the size of your current memory; programs directory screen you'll see all the space free, And then you'll need to buy the Option including the new memory Board.
I hope this help....
the max on an analog FS-0 is 48k, on a digital FS-0 is 128k.
We are looking on expanding that to 1M, possibly 2M. but only on the FS-0C controls.
Thank you guys for all your responses, apparently I must change one of the
900's parameters, this particular machine is not taking the same programs that use to run before they clear the memory and lost all parameters.
