RFQ - Simple Aluminum Work, Fast Turn-Around. - AWARDED -

Well, I decided to re-make the mounting for the rails on my CNC machine - so I can finally finish building the darn thing!

Interested in seeing what it might cost to have them made for me. Looking for a decent turn-around time (Shipping via FedEx should be included in the Quote) also.

    Information:
    - Quantity: 4
    - Block is 1.50" x 2.00" x .50" Thick
    - Material: Aluminum (6061 is fine)
    - Shipped (FedEx Ground): Zip-Code 14221, New York.
    - Tolerance: +/- .005" (reasonable, right?), +/- .001" on Center Bore.
    - All Measurments on Drawings are in Inches

    - Please Email Quotes to: JavaMoose AT Gmail DOT Com

    Here is the part:
    - IGES Format
    - DWG (Export from Inventor)
    - Inventor IPT

No, you don't need to polish it.

Actually put on hold until the new building is up, I don't want to string and fling the 220 more than once, I will do this on my "little" mill.
