How do I write a wizard for mach 3?

New to the game, building a router for a specific job. I need a handfull of wizards that will alllow the operator to cut parts quickly without having to use cad or cam software. I doubt I have the skills to write a wizard so am asking who can I get to do this for me? Grateful for any help.
