Dear Friends.

I am new member from Europe.
There is a problem of me , need your help.

We have a Fanuc Oi Mate - TD control unit cnc gang type lathe.

Our machine is giving breaks and stopping for a second during tool change.
Please check below video.

Do you know why it happens and how we can solve this ?

Note: Spindle speeds are same for all tools. (3000rpm)

did it always wait like this or has the problem just started?

try a simple program with no movement.

Using this program does it change tools fast?

It is always like this.
Our previous machine is same machine with Fanuc Oi TC control. It is working perfect.

This is new one and has Fanuc Oi TD control unit.

It is new and this TD is upper model. There should be a adjust parameter for this.

Have you checked the machine tool builders parameter settings for the timers?
