    Help Needed with cutting Letters

I have a old Pacer CNC machine with updated drivers and software. XMC-E
I am trying to cut a sign in Large letters approx 150mm high in New Times Roman.
I did the drawing in AutoCAD 2010 first then transfered it to the CNC software, when I cut the letters out the large curved letters such as "O" come out Faceted not curved Iset the machine to the highest curve setting. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Do I need a special font ?

Have you tried looking at your output settings?? this could be used to decrease the file sizes
have you tried saving as a different file type to see if that helps?
    There is always another option.

We often trace over text with splines, lines and arcs. You could try that. However, it sound like you're pretty sure the problem is with your CAM or machine, rather than CAD. Is that correct?
