    21-3437d200-B038 Identified!

I had to call target electronics and have someone look up the model in an old catalog from 1989.
    Break down of model number
    21-3437d200-B038
    21 is the motor series
34 is the frame size NEMA 34
    37 stands for 2 stack
d200 is the number of steps per revolution
B is a four wire motor
    038 is the phase resistance

    Modern model number is H32NRHA-LNN-NS-00

    Phase current 5 Amps
    Phase resistance 0.38 ohm
Phase inductance 0.38 mh I did fry my multimeter after all damn it
    Holding torque 460 oz-in

    I hope this helps someone.

Yes, it certainly helped me! I have three of these on a Bridgeport I recently acquired.

Did you get your router built? If so what voltage are you running them at?

    Hello,
My CNC is a work in progress. Perhaps in a few months I'll be done.
I believe I was running the motors at 40 volts.
I wouldn't mind having a Bridgeport in the meantime.

Thanks for the reply, Any chance you can recall why the big difference in the specs you posted above? Particularly the mh numbers of ~680 and then 0.38

Yea, one of the inputs on my multimeter was fried by one of my friends.
The measurements in the second post should be correct. I can check them out later to confirm.

Hello, Iam building a cnc embroidery machine, work is detailed here

    http://www.cnczone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57404

I have three stepper motors, from Panasonic dot printers. I don’t have information about volts, amps and electrical wires connections.

    Steppers are

    1-PJJQ113ZA-P Matsu****a line feed motor
    36 Omhs Japàn
    Panasonic printer KXP1624.
    7.5Deg/step
    48 pasos/rev

2-PJJQ92ZB-P Line feed motor with brass gear
PANASONIC DOT PRINTER KX-P1124 line feed
    Resistance (Ohms) 9.5
    Wires 6
    Steps / Revolution 48
    Step Size (degrees) 7.5
    Gear Diametrial pitch 50

3- PJJQ114ZA-K Kyushu Matsu****a electric Stepper with optical wheel & cog
    Nominal Voltage 3.1
    Resistance (Ohms) 3.4
    Wires 6
    Condition pulled
    Steps / Revolution 200
    Step Size (degrees) 1.8

I need to know if I can connect it in a CNC controller with a 33VDC power source.
I need to know amperes for these motors for set Vref in CNC controller.
I need to know about torque, to see if is enough for project.

Thanks in advance for any help than can give me.

    Sorry my bad english

    Regards
    Rene
