    dear jerry,
congrats for such a good product. I think you should put some units of it on the ebay. I bet it is going to be a perfect replacement for stk series drivers( i think they are uni-polar). As you said it has built-in thermal and o-current protection, it will be a long life solution for the diy'rs.
Why don't you make a successfull stepper driver with that and put the complete schematic here. It is going to make a perfect driver for nema 23 size motors.

    Dear,

    Thanks for your comments.
THB6064AH offers simple peripheral circuit, more selectable phase excitation, high output current and high driver voltage, as TB6560. Its excellent performance is a quantum leap ahead of TA8435 AND TB6560HQ.Therefore, it is an updated product.

Schematic has 2 lines free floating - is that incomplete or something?
Board image is missing internal layers?

Pretty pls if possible post better resolution / clearer / higher resolution images for these - schematic and board image, thank you very much.

    Dear,

pin1、4 are NC. Pin7 is base of triode.Pin 7 can pull up to VCC or free float.

You can refer the datasheet of 6n137.

Yes, but you have to look in the appropriate forums:

The chip has overcurrent protection and a VR to set the motor current to whatever value you want, not limited to specific currents using jumpers.
