newbie - cant draw a line

    Hello There,
I am trying to learn solidworks and am haveing trouble with (i think )

    the configuration.
When I want to draw a series of lines i select the line tool ,
click on the drawing area, select "as sketched" , click on the start point,
click on the next point but then the line stops there. I want to
go click, click, click and it must draw one continous line from point to point

    please giver adviCe.

also please point me to a beginners forum on solid works

    regards fred evans

    Tools>Options>System Options

Uncheck the box next to "Single command per pick".

    I'm 99.99% sure that's your problem.

Go to Help > Solidworks Tutorials and that is one of the best places to learn the basics of Solidworks.
