I want to know online sites in order to buy parts like gears, pulleys, belts, motors, gearboxes, etc.

There are different types of shops online, from the most "difficult", you have to be a company or buy big quantities to others more "esay".

The easyest one that I konw is dealextreme.com, but has very little about mechanical parts. i.e. : geared motor - Free Shipping - DealExtreme

Those are motors with gearboxes (metal gears, not plastic). These motors are cheap and the shipping is free.

Any examples of shops with, not free, but at least cheap shipping to Europe?

The problem I have is that I fear of buying a pulley at 5$ and pay 20$ for shipping.
