    Question Anilam 6000M - Fryer fatal motor error

    We have a MC-50 Fryer with Anilam 6000M. We are getting a fatal error

    Motor - 4 not moving at MAX motor power
    fatal card error
    Time out in finish sequence

    Any clues and we could use the name of a Service tech for Tampa-Sarasota area

    Reply- Axis drive problem

    Sounds like your 6000 or is it a 6000i, has an internal drive problem, You can get a drive rebuilt from Anilam/ Heidenhain, pricey though... Fryer can do it but they just send it to Heidenhain anyway so why bother. You will want to remove your hard drive and install into the new unit if you can and it is still good. Saves headaches. good luck. I service these machines and occasionally get to your area if you need further help.
