My shop needed more coolant nozzles for our SL-20, so I spent some time writing programs to make the various nozzles.
I'm sharing them here in case anybody else needs them. I've gotten lots of help from people on the Zone, so I like to give back when I can.
There are five programs for the following parts.
Short ball nozzle.
Medium blank nozzle. (Drill or slot the end to aim the coolant as needed.)
Medium straight nozzle.
Long blank nozzle. (Designed to reach past a collet holder. Drill or slot the end to aim the coolant as needed.)
Cone spacer. (The little cone that goes under the locking bolt.)
I programmed for .75" stock, but you can use as little as .5" stock on the nozzles, and .25" stock on the Cone spacer.
I hope that these come in handy.

EDIT: I wrote these program to use common tools that everyone is likely to have loaded in their turret. Here's the tool list.
(T1 OD ROUGH RIGHT - 80 DEG. 1/32 RADIUS)
(T2 OD FINISH RIGHT - 35 DEG. 1/64 RADIUS)
(T4 VALENITE CUT OFF TOOL .103" WIDE)
(T6 DRILL .1875 DIA.) (For the coolant nozzles.)
(T6 DRILL #7) (For the cone spacer.)
(T9 POSITIVE STOP )
