Anyone have any suggestions for an air dryer for a plasma. If you have one and are happy with it please let me know. I am trying to get my plasma working properly and it seems the air might be an issue.

I've heard nothing but good things about the Harbor Freight refrigerated air dryer. I'm waiting until they go on sale again before buying mine though.

I use a Domnick Hunter regenerative dryer and a motorguard filter as a pre-filter. The DH uses activated alumina as a dessicant and I can run for several months without changing if I change the pre-filter cartridge on a regular basis (once a month). I use the air system several hours per day and have zero moisture in the in any of the bowls. I use this for painting and the plasma cutter and my air tools (grinders, etc).
This dryer system fronts two 60 gal - 3 cyl compressors so I don't generate a lot of water like a single system running all the time
I bought the DH used on Ebay for $125.00 and it's been well worth it.
