    Handlewheel problems tnc426 heidenhain.

    Hello to everybody.
I realized last week that while on machining if I set the machine in manual mode (under "stop " manual operation ") i can move the machine with the handle without needing to press the safety buttons.
That means that if I drop the handle by mistake and it hits the wheel the machine is going to move in the activated axis and there is a risk of damage on the tool or the piece.
    But is it normal ???
i dont know since how long its going that way.
There should be some data inside the control parameters that has changed, you guys have an idea what it might be ?
here is a link to what kind of handle i have
http://www.usinages.com/ressources/image/210021 safety buttons with red arrows.
    it's the HR410 handle.

    Thank you

You need to change the PLC program. Contact the manufacturer of the machine!
