BobCad v23 problem with the selection of the center of a solid circle

Hi, I'm having one issue with bobcad that I've not ye been able to figure out. I import a IGES file into the software. I have it come in as a solid. Ten when I click on the solid cylinder with find center of circle selected to move the part to orgin or X,Y, Z zero. The part moves but used the click point as the base of movement. I've read the help file and been watching the video's but figure that its something super simple I'm over looking. I have gone into the selection option screen and made sure all the option are selected. Then I went in and even turned some of them off. What am I doing wrong????? Thanks.

You will probably have better luck if you extract the edge of the circle, then place a point on the arc center. Now use the point to translate it to wherever you want.

You will need to extract the 2d edg,e and then use the shift select to display the snap point while translating.

Look at the edge extraction done in this video..
