Theoretical Z repeatability with a torque wrench on an R8

Just a theory I had while looking at my X2. If I tightened the drawbar with a good torque wrench wouldn't it pull the tool holder to the same height every time and I wouldn't have to retouch a tool? Obviously wouldn't work with a collet but a good stout tool holder might do the trick.

You don't need a torque wrench to get repeatability with R8.
Bob W. did tests with his impact wrench and found his R8 toolholder will repeat +/- .0005.

Thanks Hoss, it's a wonder that you have any time to machine with everything you do on the forum.
