    ATC not ready alarm

    Help please for a Newbie....
I stopped the machine in mid-process and can't do anything now without the warning - ATC not ready. I'm sure it's an easy one to fix if you know what you are doing!

The machine is a Denford Mill (15 years old). The controller is a Fanuc OM

    Cheers - John

You need the OEM M code list to see if the T.C. moves can be input individually via MDI to get it back in sync.

    HI !
Try to bring back the ATC arm in position by turning manual the motor that drive the arm until the in position sensor lights.

You should have a manual switch to move the changer out and back. In MDI mode do a M19 command to orientate the spindle then switch to manual and use the manual switch to put the changer back in position.

You cant do anything to the ATC until you do a M19.
