    Milling cylindrical stock

I need to do some 4th axis engraving on the OD of a round part. I go to the milling stock and switch it to cylindrical stock and put in the parameters for my stock. But of the screen ( when I try and put my engraving in the right place ) the stock is rectangular?

    I need help!

    The stock is "Unwrapped".

The very top of the "square" will be the outer surface of your cylinder. The bottom will be the center of it..

    Got it

I was using the 2-axis engraving seeing as how I was only moving the X and A axis. I went to 3 axis it it worked fine but it was a mirror image. Do I need to translate the text up to the top of the stock?

You can either do that or change the settings in the feature (Top of part and depth etc). The cut needs to happen up there....
