We are just a regrind shop, but I've got a few requests for making standard size 4FL endmills. Our CNC's have the horsepower to make up to 5/8". Not really sure about the carbide blank business so if someone could fill me in that would help out a lot. I've looked around a little and I've found 1/2" blanks for $11-$16. I want some good USA grade carbide. Grinding tools for years I know what a good carbide endmills feels like, but i'm not up to par on how they grade it or how to know if i'm buying good carbide blank. Just looking to make a few bucks.
