    PROGRAM RECOVERY

    Hi
    Is it possible to retrieve a program file once you have deleted it on a Heidenhain 530i control? I wondered if there is a form of recycle bin as on a PC. I would appreciate any help.

    Have run a few Heidenhain controls and have never seen any way to retrieve a deleted program even on the newer controls with the PGM MGT screen.

    At least the new controls ask for confirmation. That damn CL PGM button on the old controls...is that call program? Er, no...too late, pressed it...just deleted the very program I wanted to run...

    Many thanks for the reply i've resigned myself to rewriting the program luckily the majority was done on a Cam system and can be reposted.
