Help me with Chinese spindle speed control?

I have searched & read endlessly & can't seem to find some "simple" info. I have a Huanyang VFD and am trying to get Mach3 control of speed and on-off of the 2.2KW spindle. I bought a DC-06 from Homann designs. Can someone tell me what terminals on the VFD get wires coming from the DC-06? Two wires from a relay switch to turn it on & off and two wires for 10V for speed control. Attached is a photo of the VFD terminals. Where do each set of wires go? I can figure out the rest. I just don't want to let the magic white smoke escape!

    Thank you,

    Fred

Thanks for looking & answering. I have the manual, but it's just not clear to me. Here is a graphic. I'm fairly sure that putting a jumper (relay switch) across what I have marked on-off will do just that, but the speed control I can use help on. The chart from the manual isn't real clear. The three arrows I have with the question mark....two will get + & - dc voltage, the third not used. I don't want to hook to the wrong terminals & have a short!
