Unhappy Burning up my TB6560 controller card for second time....

    Hello.

I buy a TB6560 card on e-bay ( 4 Axis TB6560 CNC Stepper Motor Driver Board Controller - eBay (item 280580580507 end time Feb-23-11 02:02:04 PST) ) and burn it up second time..

Everything is ok, but when i run motor in mach 3 the chip is burning and some lovely smoke get up in the air..

Here is the motors i run. http://www.kelinginc.net/KL23H2100-30-4B.pdf

Can i burn up the card if i set the wires from the motor in wrong place?

I want a Gecko 540 drive, because i heard that is life time garranty on them, is this true?

    Some help please...

It should work at 32 or 24v.
Yes, you can burn up the card if the wires are hooked up improperly but you only have
the 4 wires from the motor, it shouldn't be too hard to hook it up properly.
The Gecko 540 is a nice unit and is what I use but it does not have a lifetime warranty.
The warranty is one year I believe, but Gecko has been known to repair out of warranty
depending on what's wrong but they are not obligated to do so.
There are a lot of people on this board running the TB6560, I don't know why they are not responding. Search this board for TB6560 and you will find lots of information about
    the card.
