When did Surfware come out with V6.1, I I’m also having issues with “Verify”, sometimes it launches and sometimes it wont.

I've had this problem too and found that if you regenerate your toolpaths the verify will work again.

I can't stand how they took away the ability to right-click in verify mode to change views, etc. Really annoying. Anyway, hopefully the above helps you out.
