I have been trying to deal with the above company----last reply was that they have never dealt with Australia??????????
They tend to use one photograph and add different specifications and are unreliable in terms of replies to emails looking at something called a 900 x 900 with a 300 Z axis travel, have the spindle and use Mach 3 and Vetric on the Mill-------no response!!
Does anyone else have a reliable contact?

I bought a cnc router from igoldencnc in Jinan.
After sale service is non existence .
They can't speak any English .
They employ idiots to deal with overseas buyers.
Take my advice
Beware dealing with Chinese @!@

There are good dealers out there ,research research they say I myself would get someone who knew the language to help me with a machine that was going to cost a bunch of cash.
