need some advise on concrete built frame

    HI people,

i must apologies first as i have very bad english.

    im building something like this,

my question is, will the supported round shaft handle the cutting force? i plan to cut some aluminium, may be steel. or it actually wont work? even cant handle light cut?

if they dont, i will be very disappointing, here is what i had bought
    x axis sbr25mm 64", ballscrew 2005 64"
    y axis sbr20mm 34", ballscrew 1605 34"
    z axis sbr16mm 15", ballscrew 1204 15"

Very nice Drawing, looks to be a very sturdy Frame.
I am not sure what your expectations are in regard to cutting steel, I would not expect much, it still is a router design with some of its weaknesses remaining.
The things I would look out for are, make sure to use large Radiuses on all corners of the Concreate Frame peticularly inside corners.
Z-axes support blocks are close together and far from the Tooltip, may want to look this over and see if you could spread the supports out further and closer to the Tooltip Area.
With this design a lot of the stiffness has to come from the sliding Table, even tho it may be mounted sturdy the Table itself has to be stiff enough not to bend or deflect, I assume your Table is made of steel plate, for machining steel it needs to be thicker.
I am looking forward to see this when your done, great project.
