    using a hanita 5flt varimill-2 3/4 dia .06 corner rad 650sfm .008 in/tooth
    1.1 doc about 11cu/in mrr

    doosan dhp5100 40taper

    we got 14 parts before the tool got dull which is about 140 min tool life

    no lubrication, just air blast thru the spindle, not a mql just air

    we use them alot and the hpv's kennametal too
