    Who makes this gearbox?

    Can anyone identify the gearbox shown in the attached pictures. Its a 5 to 1 gear ratio with 1/2 inch shaft. Mounting holes are for a Nema 34 motor. I'd like to know who manufactures/sells this gearbox.
