    Dual ball screw synchronizing

    How would one go about getting 2 ball screws in synchronizing vertical motion.I thinking about using as a lift.Can anyone help? Thanks!!

    If it is possible to link them mechanically then the same drive shaft for each, Ball screw jacks are nice for this such as Nook Ind.
    If it is not possible to link mechanically then a feed back device such as an encoder on each would work.
    We built a similar unit using four ball screw jacks for raising rail box-cars to allow maintenance work.
    For this, a Galil motion card was used with the gearing feature, where 3 encoders are geared of one master.
