i have the same drive with a different problem, could you read a part number off a component on your board for me,my part blew and the number is no longer readable,at the oppisite end of the board from your part is a black heat sink with voltage regs on it looking directly at them it would be the second reg in from the left, would help me out to know the numbers, maybe in my search for my parts i could find yours
thanks,steve
Could you take a picture from your bad part?
Or Could you tell me the position number of part?
You can send an email me directly:

i think its IC1 on the board, its a small voltage regulator bolted to the black heat sink, theres new boards and drives for sale on ebay, but very expensive
if i cant fix mine i will scrap out the machine for parts
would you be interested in buying my board for parts?its has 3 of those dk-431 on it
all the servo drive chips checked out good,i might buy i new cnc and parts this old one

Hi,
I take some picture from the board.
I attached them.
Yes i'm interested your wrong board (or dk431 only)!!
Could you tell me the price of it?
i found a company in china that claim to have 5-10 pieces of what your looking for
hobid.cn it looked like it was two parts the dk-431 and the bko-nc2046,and the pricing was $50.00 and $200.00 but im not sure ,there website is starnge, good luck searching and thanks for the help,i found the part i needed and ordered it,hopefully it will
fix my machine, ill let you know
thanks,steve
I found same company on the web. They want to buy!!! not sell.
The 5v voltage regulator, fastened to the 1 inch tall heat sink is probably a 7805. 7805ct is rated at 1.5 amps. These are very cheap on ebay. I have changed to one of these which did not fix the problem but also did not give a new alarm.
