    X3 gas spring

I would like a gas spring for my Sieg x3 mill. I need to know: What size and where to find it.
    Thanks,
    Jack

CNCFusion.com sells a gas spring kit with everything necessary to add one.

    Smile Look here...

Super X3. 3600rpm. Sheridan 6"x24" Lathe + more. Three ways to fix things: The right way, the other way, and maybe your way, which is possibly a faster wrong way.

I learned this the hard way: Before you drill for the gas spring, make sure it clears your vise. Mine didn't, and I had to move the mount point back a couple inches.
