hi marcela. unfortunately, nowadays it is not so uncommon for repair folks to not really repair drives right or fully. even the OEM mfgrer.
that said, think of what causes FE. I will assume it is a analog drive with +/-10v speed command input. so if the repair tech changed the analog input scaling (is it a front panel pot?) then you may get fe problems. so if you have info on the drive, I think first think I would check is ana input voltage: if it saturates to 10v then you get FE fault.
are you getting current to the motor?
does it run at all? can you turn FE off for a test in control and see what happens?
thank you Mike
drive was send to scm group for check up and now we are just sitting and waiting (customer service!)
