Under the bottom of the operators console there is a brightness knob try turning it and see if the screen appears.

Does the rest of the machine turn on even though there is no screen?

The machine should turn on with out the screen!!!!

If machine does not turn on ,have you checked all the circuit breaker and fuses?

    Regards

I tried to turn brightness Knob But nothing was appears on the screen.
Also I could not make Control ON!! +24V is disconnected under button

I checked all circuit breaker and fuses they are OK

But I checked Electrical Circuit according drawings : RELAY 1 on the NSV90 PLC(A3) power Board dose not actuated !!

I could see some Leds on the (A3) PLC unit as below:

LED SITUATION ON PLC BOARDS (A3) IN THE ELECTRICAL CABINET :

    NSV90 LEDS : D10= 5V>> ON D17=SF>> OFF D16:NOT AUS=off

    NPP90 LEDS:: F5,6,7,8 red led>> ON D10,11 >> ON "E" Green led=off "S" green led = ON

    wait for your advise
    thanks

Inside the operators console,in the bottom of the console is a battery it looks like 6 AA batteries together,7.2VDC.

Check the voltage in the battery, replace with rechargable battery if less than 7.2v and id it has never been replaced.

See what happens after you replace the battery if it is bad.

Take pictures of the leds on in the operators console and the boards you talk about NSV 90 also has battery it should be 3.6VDC.Replace if necessary or has never been replaced with re chargable battery. you can and wire to the connections for this battery and place battery on top of the enclosure.

One more battery in the oprators console on the NSP board also should be 3.6vdc rechargeable replace if it has never been replaced.

According to the "E" and "S" on the NPP 90 the problem is in the operators console, The "S means the NPP90 is sending

signal to the operators console and when everything in the operators console is "OK" the "E" turns on and the communications and power up check sum are good.

    Dear DD
inside consol battery it looks like 6 AA batteries together, should be 7.2VDC when I Checked was 4.2Vdc! I will replaced and Told you.

NSV 90 also has battery it should be 3.6VDC But is less than 2.6V ,I must be replaced that with resoldering!

One more battery in the oprators console on the NSP board ,Please Told me this Board is a RAM Board?

So I Will take Pictures From operator panel Leds and send you.

    Thanks
    Very much

Yes the NSP is the ram board that holds your machining programs. You can add wire to this circuit board and place the new battery down in the bottom of the operators console.

This control does not have parameters, all machine program for machine function are on eproms.

    Majid,

Remove all circuit boards in the operators console, one at a time.

Place circuit boards on non conductive flat surface, use both thumbs and press on all socketed IC's.

See if this makes any changes in leds.

    Regards
