Mori MV-55 with MSC-516 contol (Fanuc 18i I think)
Will not load subroutines (contained in main file) thru DNC. Any settings or parameters that will fix this?

Can't help with the problem, But a MSC516 is a 16 control, If it has the card slot it's a i series, but I doubt it on a MV55. Probably a 16MA control.

I don't have doc's on a 16MA, but on a 16MB, parameter 3201 bit 6 controls whether M30 ends program registration. Check your parameter manual to see if 3201 bit 6 is NPE. If so, change it to 1 and all programs will be read.

Thanks, but 3201.6 (NPE) is 1. All of the parameters are set the same as other MV55's here but this is the only one that won't load subs.
I was wondering if the are are other parameters that would affect this.

Will the same program (with subs) load into the other Mori's?

How are the subs numbered? Do they have 8xxx or 9xxx program numbers?

What software are you using to communicate?

The program will load into the other MV55's. Using Multi DNC wireless now. Talked to Fanuc yesterday. Will check status of some I/O's during DNC may have to adjust time in ladder.
