what do you mean by part transfer? Are you trying to trying to move the part to a specific location in the XYZ coordinate plane?

    simple

    go to stock transfer
    select the geo to transfer
click the original stock position (generally the back of the part )
enter the new position (transfered position)
in sub spindle position ' select the pick off position

the others option should be in the custom parameters, and this is custom made for each machines

when everything done , click ok and voilà your part is transfered to the sub
