AMP Connector for Bridgeport Boss 8?

Does anyone know where I can purchase a male 8-pin amp connector, or serial cable with the correct male 8-pin amp connector, so that I can connect my computer to the mill?

    Thanks,

I assume you don't mean the standard 9 pin D RS232 serial connector, I believe There were some bridgeports that had the AMP CPC style connector, do a search in Mouser, Digi-Key, Newark etc they all stock AMP, make sure you get the right end as they have receptacles and plugs both standard and 'Reverse sex' as they label them.
Look at the end you want to couple to, it should have a 6digit dash one digit number.

The BOSS 8 uses a REVERSE SEX 8 PIN AMP connector. I purchase these at Newark Electronics. Usually the connector, cable clamp, and pins. The wire gets crimped into the pins which get inserted into the connector. Special crimping tool. The pins can be inserted without a special tool but removal is with a special tool.
