Let me see your cooling systems

Im almost done with my belt kit. Next Ide like to build a coolant system I think.
Im pretty knowledgeable with pumps and stuff like that. I went through a phase of growing hydroponic tomatoes when I was much much younger :rainfro:

Can I see your coolant systems on your bench top mills to get an idea what im getting into and how every thing should look.
Also what coolant do you use ? Is there a night and day difference when using coolant?
I use WD40 when Im cutting aluminum and it helps allot.
    So Lets see some pics,(nuts)
    Thanks allot guys,
    Anthony

Here's a link to pics of my setup.

For the record, I don't like the ball valve on the mill head. The ball valve is stiff, and if I adjust it while cutting, the force of my hand on the valve wiggles the head slightly and alters the cut. It would be OK with a less stiff valve.

Also I still have to tighten up the Z ways.
