Hope someone can shed some light on this. I created a new cutting file today and loaded it to the DSP. This was the only file on the DSP yet the machine cut what I eventually figured out to be a file from the previous owner !

I deleted the file from the DSP and double checked I had the right file it in the software (Vcarve and Signtek) Reloaded it with different name, took that to the machine which began cutting yet another file from the previous owner.

Try running the file directly from the USB rather than loading first into the DSP.

Unfortunately I've not been able to get the DSP to recognize any sticks, though I've tried a number of them. I wrote Excitech and they suggested an inner format. I was apprehensive about doing this, (new to CNC) and I've read horror stories about DSP menus. Anyway it seems to have worked but it reset all the machine setup values.
