    Alarm with no message

Hello, we have a problem with one of our GROB piercing machines. Last Friday we had an error number 5136 - FSSB: Number of amps is small. After opening the cabinet I seen a blinking cursor on one of our amplifiers. We rushed in a new card to slide into the ampifier and when we turned it one the blinking cursor was gone. Now the new problem is that there is an alarm tag flashing on the screen but when you go into alarm deatails or all paths there is nothing displayed. Also it seems as if the whole amplifier is not even being seen. WHat should we do here to get this machine going. We have a 30 i screen and the amplifier is a A06B 6127 H208.

No, there were no jumpers on the card that we swaped out. As for the amplifiers not being seen on the screen. It seems that 2 axis's on 2 different amplifiers are not seen. Really confusing. If you mean the jumpers that connect all the amplifiers.....I plugged them all back in the proper places.

Yeah, they are the serial connection cables. have you checked them??? maybe there is something wrong there, other possible cause is that the drive that you installed could be bad.
