The company I work for recently receieved a brand new Chmer Model CD-305G machine. I am a maintenace man and did not attend the operator training. Apparently the operator training didn't cover some of the basics so I need some input on two problems they are having. Our first problem is the conductivity is low, it's at 20 but is set at 50. Our second problem is the wire is now constantly breaking. Any ideas?

Also, we are using deionized water, cutting stainless, current conductivity is 20 but set on 50. What is the ideal setting for stainless or does it even vary depending on what type of material you are cutting?
