Have a Miyano JNC-45 that has lost its display.
Machine works fine but no video.
CRT has been swapped out with 2 known good monitors along with data cable to monitor.
The Mother board ( A16B-1010-0150/06A ) has a " GRAPHIC/MPG A16B-1210-0800" card attached to it.
Do I need a new MB or do I need to replace that GRAPHIC/MPG card?
We also tried to plug video data cable straight to MB and still just fuzz.

Any ideas?

I would replace the graphic card first. If everything else works fine, most likely not the MB. All software and circuits pertinent to the display are on the Graphics board.

I was wondering if the CRTC chip (HD68A45SP/HD46505) on MB could be the issue?

thats the graphics chip so yes, try swapping it for another chip.
